If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within the established time frame.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Include the original packaging and tags.
Contain all accessories or parts that came with the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error from ZANDOR (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged product).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return (e.g., underwear, personalized products, or final sale items).
